Now both of us are in denmark it have been a very long and very hard spring, but finally we meet in Copenhagen airport. Patarathorn Hansen from Bangkok and I, Brian Hansen from New York. Beside just to be together then we will also use this summer to bring the taste of Thai food to Denmark. Patarathorn is just a super fantastic cook. She really got the feeling of making spirit in Thai food alive
